  In this UX/UI case study, I tackled a significant challenge: improving the user experience for Bus tracking Problem : Faced with identified pain points, I delved into thorough research, engaging users through interviews and surveys. The insights gained informed the ideation phase, where I translated user needs into intuitive design concepts. Through iterations, wireframing, and prototyping, I refined the user interface. The visual design phase harmonized colors, typography, and imagery, aligning seamlessly with the brand identity. The final prototypes underwent rigorous user testing, resulting in impactful improvements. The positive outcomes not only elevated user engagement but also demonstrated tangible business benefits.
